A US global asset management company holds their annual conference around the globe every year.  With their UK offices based in London, a senior Director who went to Cambridge decided they should hold their conference at Corpus Christi College, one Cambridge’s leading Colleges

Our solution
Despite the ‘transfer’ challenges of an international audience arriving at London Heathrow and appreciating very few had visited the UK before, EC Travel created a programme which involved a diverse range of extracurricular activities around the conference itself.

This included ‘punting’ on the River Cam a traditional student activity pastime, to participating in an interactive IPad team building Challenge, incorporating some of the most famous historical sites in Cambridge.

The highlight was a gala dinner in Corpus Christi’s Dining Hall built in 1352 and part of the entertainment included a performance by the famous Kings College Choir. The Choir founded by King Henry V1 in 1441 has established an international reputation for selecting some of the finest choristers in the UK.
